Some regional attractions are the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, with over 500 animals to enjoy. Admission includes the Will Rogers Shrine of the Sun. Garden of the Gods, a 1,300-acre National Natural Landmark, lets you explore rock formations of red sandstone by horse or foot. Pikes Peak Cog Railway is the highest cog railway in the world, it climbs nine miles to reach the summit of Pikes Peak. The Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame and Museum of American Cowboy is full of art exhibits. It offers a Rodeo America store, sculpture garden, rodeo arena, live rodeo animals, memorabilia, cowboy gear and theater presentations. Seven Falls has beautiful panoramic views of seven waterfalls that tumble down 181 feet of sheer granite. It is known as the Grandest Mile of Scenery in Colorado to some. At the Air Force Academy, you can find information, tours and a short film about Cadet life and the Academy.
